Head Swim Coach: Doug Konomos. Coach Konomos is beginning his third season with the Marlins and has coached at New Braunfels High School for 5 years. He has had district, regional and state finalist champions each year since 2002 and is a two time recipient of the district high school coach of the year award. Konomos coaches the Black and Silver Marlins as well as the Masters swimmers.

Assistant Coach: Jenny Irish. Coach Irish is beginning her third season as an assistant coach for the Marlins. Jenny has competed in competitive swimming for thirteen years, she started her career as a state ranked eight year old and has broken school, district, and regional records while a student at Canyon High School. She is the 2000-2001 recipient of Female Regional Swimmer of the Year. Irish was also a national finalist for all of her events for Palo Alto College and holds the school record for the 200 freestyle as well as all her relay events. She is currently seeking her Bachelor of Science degree at Texas State University. She coaches the Blue Marlin swimmers.
